My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pick from the animals available for

Poco is a sweet boy looking for a foster home to explore until he is ready to return for adoption.

Reason for Foster: Carpal Swelling, Heartworm+

Foster Time Frame:

Foster Care Plan: Poco is being monitored for swelling in both of his front legs. Radiographs have been sent off and we are waiting on the results to determine if further treatment is needed. Poco will go to foster with medication and will have his heartworm treatment completed post adoption.

Foster to Adopt: Poco is available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please visit https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/ or email us at foster@operationkindness.org to learn more.
