My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucky Star is a very lucky kitten indeed. Someone spotted her running around outdoors, all alone, with her rectum protruding from her body. A vet was able to perform surgery to correct her prolapsed rectum. Despite this, the corrective surgery has had to be repeated multiple times.  She can be aloof but with the right person warms up.

More about this rescue

New Hope Rescue Ranch - List of Programs

Street Rescue

We network to find placement for cats and kittens that are on the streets. We have adoptable cats that are looking for homes.

Shelter Rescue

We are an approved NYC ACC New Hope Partner. This enables us to request cats that are placed on their At Risk List for medical or behavioral reasons.

Hospice

We are working to be able to offer hospice for cats that have no other alternative.

The Gabriel TNR Program/Fund Ferals

We support groups and trappers that engage in trap, neuter, return programs as it is a powerful way to curb the killing of adoptable cats.
