My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sammy is a 5 year old, 8lb poodle mix (possibly mixed with Maltese)

He’s a sweet little guy that can be a little excitable at first but once he settles in is quite mellow. He enjoys a good lap to lay in, belly rubs and booty scratches.

He’s dog friendly and would likely do well with cats. He can get a little nervous with too many fast movements so kids living in the home will need to be 12+.

Sammy is neutered, microchipped and current on vaccinations. He’s having a dental on 8/19 and he’ll be ready for his new home immediately following.

He does currently wear a male wrap (diaper) because he marks. He came to us previously neutered so it’s very possible he’s only doing it because he’s in a new home and of course other males have marked here. We don’t know for sure so potential adopters must be ok with the fact that he might need to remain in the wrap.

Sammy is being fostered in Wesley Chapel and our max travel time must not exceed one hour for home checks/adoptions.
