My story

Catana is a young female kitty who came to us with very young kittens. She was a good mommy to her babies and is now ready to find her forever family. She is a little shy when meeting new people but is very affectionate once she warms up to you. Dogs intimidate her but she would enjoy having another cat for companionship while your away at work. Cantana would do well in a loving adult only home, or one with older children.

All Pets & People cats over 4 months - $100.00. This includes vaccinations, worming, feleuk check, microchip and spay/neuter.

HELP!!!!! We need canned cat food. Preferably Fancy Feast of any variety but we will take any brand.

Potential adopters will be required to fill out an initial questionnaire and to answer follow up questions. Veterinary references will be checked as well as home checks as necessary. We do not transport our pets to adopters. We like to have our adopters meet our pets and for us to meet them and their families. Our goal it to match our pets with appropriate homes.

More about this rescue

Pets & People is a volunteer based organization that concentrates on rescuing dogs and cats from area municipal shelter"s "death row". All of these pets are tested for certain diseases, vaccinated, wormed, spayed/neutered, given preventative medication and sheltered until forever homes can be found. We primarily rescue from rural shelters in central Oklahoma but have been know to travel hours to rescue pets.
