HI - I'M CORDELIA! I'm our rescue's longest-term resident and I keep getting overlooked. Not sure why as I'm super cute and a blue girl to boot! I'm a happy and petite 8-year-old blue-nose pittie-mix girl. I weigh about 45-50 lbs only, so am kind of compact but a little chubby, too. Personality-wise, I am a sweet but independent girl. Ideally, I would do best in a home with a single person who can be my one devoted companion, or possibly an active couple who loves to walk, hike, and go on outings. I tend to bond to one person and am extremely loyal. My favorite thing to do is play ball! I am great at playing fetch so would do best in a home with a yard - if at all possible, though it's not a necessity. I prefer to be the only dog so I can be your one true love, too! I'm not great with cats! Like most dogs I love attention and affection, but I love it on my own terms and once I know and trust you. So I'm a great dog for someone who wants an independent and non-clingy companion. Can you foster or adopt me?

We start with an initial interview to make sure the dog is a good fit for the home/family.
