Raven is a spunky boy who loves to run! He and his little brother Crow often compete for wheel time, but they are learning to take turns. Raven is also learning to be brave by eating pumpkin seeds and oats out of his foster parent's hand. This adorable boy may be shy with people, but he loves snuggling with his little brother. Raven is prone to nasal dermatitis, a nose irritation and bacterial infection, so potential adopters must keep this in mind. Nasal dermatitis is easily treatable with antibiotics and can be prevented with daily sand baths. The boys would do best in a 40 gallon tank, so that they have enough room for two wheels and a lot of bedding to dig in. Because Raven and Crow are shy and because of Raven's condition, we are looking for experienced gerbil parents for these two boys. If you are interested in adopting Raven and Crow, please email us at gerbils@smallangelsrescue.org or fill out the gerbil adoption application on our website. The adoption fee for gerbils is $15 per gerbil.
