Declan was picked up by Animal Control in Lee County and passed to two shelters. The pictures shows he was in horrific condition and would not let anyone near him. Within just a few days, he realized he was safe, feeling good and had a soft place to land. He is quite a handsome boy. Now he is a pushy, demanding attention love bug. He knows his commands (except stay), crate trained, house trained and imperative he is made to work for absolutely everything he gets to insure you remain PACK LEADER. He is so handsome and really wants to be the heart dog with lots of love.
THIS DOG IS BEING FOSTERED IN CITRUS SPRINGS, FLORIDA. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO PICK UP AT ADOPTION TIME. WE DO NOT SHIP ANIMALS, NO EXCEPTIONS. WE DO NOT ALLOW THIRD PARTIES SUCH AS FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO PICK UP THE DOG FOR YOU.
ALL FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. WE HAVE AN ADOPTION PROCESS OF APPLICATION, PERSONAL/VET REFERENCES, PHONE INTERVIEW, AND HOME VISIT. YOU MUST BE WILLING TO PICK UP THE DOG WITHIN 3 DAYS OF BEING APPROVED.
IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE OUR TIME OR YOURS INQUIRING. WE ARE ALL VOLUNTEERS WITH RESCUE AND HAVE FAMILY/WORK OBLIGATIONS AS WELL. THERE ARE NO MEET/GREETS WITH OUR RESCUES UNTIL WE HAVE AN APPROVED APPLICATION.
EVERYTHING WE KNOW ABOUT THE ANIMALS WILL BE LISTED HERE IN THEIR BIOS. SOME ARE OWNER SURRENDERS, OTHERS ARE STRAYS AND MAY BE FROM A SHELTER. IF IT'S NOT LISTED HERE, WE HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF IT. EMAILING WITH QUESTIONS ALREADY ANSWERED WILL NOT GET A REPLY. ALL OF OUR RESCUES LIVE IN A HOME/FAMILY ENVIRONMENT NO MATTER WHERE THEY CAME FROM.
