Popeye was surrendered because his so-called owner had to move out of state and couldn't take him.
His previous guardian had him for over five years and Popeye is heartbroken! This is a huge change for this poor dog that he has to go through now.
Please don't let him be at the rescue for too long and share his profile on your social media and hopefully find him a loving forever home!
