My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Duchess is the perfect bed-warmer who will also warm your heart with love and purrs. This sweet girl is shy at first but once she gets to know you she will snuggle up and share furry warmth in return for pets.

Precious petite Duchess is hiding the biggest surprise. This Duchess of love packs the most powerful purr ever! She will butt her head into your hand for pets, climb on you and start her engine. She will purr herself to sleep and dare you to stay awake while she dozes off! She and her brother, Duke, will surround you with the most wonderful stereo purr melody to put you in your happy place.

She also loves to play, especially with feather wands, and will cozy up with you to play catch the mouse games or watch bird videos on a tablet.

Duchess is more than worthy of a warm, loving forever home. She will, of course, be grateful and offer much love in return.

More about this rescue

We are a small group of animal lovers who foster animals in our own homes. We rescue from feral colonies, strays and pull from high kill shelters to save lives. Our founder works at a vet and is very knowledgeable about animal care and all of our babies get the very best vet care possible. They are all family and treated as such.
