INTRODUCING: Huckleberry & Teddy, these FABULOUS CHARMING AMUSING BROTHERS have ALWAYS lived together, Teddy has stripe on back while Huckleberry has stripe and two spots, bigger than girls but same age, intact.
They LOVE LOVE LOVE running and playing and are just GENIUS's! If you have any interest in TRAINING your little loverly ratties, these boys are JUST RIGHT FOR YOU!

These delightful girls, Ruby (3 paws) and Suzie (4 paws), are my two bonded female rats and wil ALWAYS be together!. They are healthy, intact, and barely a couple months young!. This ABSOLUTELY SWEET AND FUN PAIR OF GIRLS are incredibly curious and eager to bond with their humans! This, despite their traumatic start to life as the offspring of someones feeder rats! (Which is how Ruby so sadly lost one of her paws. Fortunately that doesn’t slow down this girl AT ALL, she LOVES LIFE!)
THE IDEAL FAMILY HOME will allow Ruby and Suzy time to adjust to their new home and family You will be prepared with treats, cuddles, toys, and schedule daily out-of-cage time two or more times a day,
I’m confident your new girls will quickly form lasting bonds with YOU, their new human family! Even a foster would be wonderful, but they can also be adopted to the right family.
As with many youngsters, these little girls can be a bit slippery so make sure when handling to have a good hold on them. Our experienced pet parents HIGHLY RECOMMEND a good leash/harness of some sort (I have one I can send with them), The girls are, in fact, already leash trained because they are SO SMART!
In addition it is imperative to ALWAYS have a close eye on these little girls whether they are on the ground or climbing. They’re VERY FAST and can climb nearly anything, so they’re easy to lose. As with ALL babies/youngsters, PREPARATION and PREVENTION is EVERYTHING! You want to pet-proof the entire room they will be residing in because no-one wants to have to move heavy furniture to retrieve a naughty little girl who has decided that she’s not coming out until she sees the keys to the Porsche, lol!.
Suzy and Ruby are BOTH so entertaining and clever. I like giving them dog toys to play with and burrow in. They adore nuts, pasta noodles, and bread for treats. It is SO VERY FUN to hand feed them these little treats and watch how delicately they nibble. They remind us of the sweet characters in the Disney movie “Ratatioulle”!

RUBY & SIZY will make a great addition to any family (including one with RESPONSIBLE, LOVING children!) as long as ALL family members are aware of and prepare for basic small animal pets/rats needs. Our loving rescue volunteers are happy to talk with you so you are fully prepared to bring home your new family members!
PREFERENCE is given to families who are highly experienced with this breed. However, if you are a COMMITTED family willing to follow directions, prepare for your new pet and do the research, invest the time, prepare your home to be THEIR permanent home, then first-time owners may well be welcomed and seriously considered as adopters as well. WE will always be available to you!
