Spencer is a flashy 7 week old boy waiting to be adopted. He is currently being fostered with other dogs and his foster mom reports that he is such a great dog. He is exposed to all the hussle and bustle of a big city (Chicago) and really has a lot of confidence for a young pup. He loves other dogs and melts when friends and family visit.
