Lilo is a spunky, hilarious sweetheart who is so loving you’d never know the neglect and abuse she endured for years. She was rescued from horrible conditions and nearly didn’t make it. Fortunately, Lilo got a new lease on life and has certainly made the most of it! Here's what Lilo's foster has to say about her: "When I first got Lilo, she wouldn't come anywhere near me. She was scared and untrusting after all she'd been through. Now, she's a vibrant girl who makes me smile and laugh every single day. She's a total goofball and the queen of ridiculous facial expressions and dramatic sighs . She's also the BIGGEST snugglebug and will gladly curl up beside you whenever possible. I always have my phone nearby to take a photo or video because she's always up to something adorable and/or hysterical! Lilo also LOVES to play! If I need to get stuff done without interruption, I'll just give her a chew toy and she’ll keep herself occupied! She also loves to play with people! Wave a tug toy around and she’ll go into total puppy mode trying to chase it—zoomies and all! Lilo is one amazing girl and I am so excited for her to find the home of her dreams!" Lilo has learned what it means to be safe and is over-the-moon happy just to be around those who show her love. Whether she’s out on a walk or snuggling beside you—she just wants to be your sidekick! Lilo loves other dogs but should still be supervised with other pups for now, as she doesn’t always read dogs’ more dominant social cues as playful. We do not have a shelter facility and our pets are housed in foster homes, vet clinics and local boarding facilities.

More about this rescue
We are a volunteer/foster based rescue that was started over 20 years ago. We pull from our local shelters, and helped start and continue to fund a local spay and neuter program. We welcome new volunteers to help with adoptions, foster, transport, events, photo's, etc.
