My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pink n’ Patch is an outgoing 11 month old female Siamese mix. Named after the patches on her body, her fur also resembles the ice cream flavor cookie dough. Her fur is super soft and she loves rolling around on the floor until you give her a belly rub.

Pink n’ Patch loves napping on gaming chairs, bathing in the sun, and gazing out the window. She also enjoys playing with anything that moves - bottle caps, strings, bags, and feet. As she gets more comfortable with her surroundings, she loves to follow you around and observe your daily behaviors. You’ll know she’s extra happy when she starts making biscuits with her little paws. She’s ok with being picked up, however she doesn’t like it for long. She is very vocal about when she wants food and when she wants to play. At night she likes to settle down in a chair near your bed or under and does not preferred to be bothered.

Her favorite hiding spaces include under the bed, in the closet, and the occasional drawer. She’s uncomfortable with guests at times but after a little bit she will come out and observe them. She is very cautious but isn’t scared of people.

She would do well in a home with children who understand it will take her a little time to warm up. We think with the proper introduction she would do well in a home with a dog.

Pink n’ Patch is FeLv positive. It can be spread to other cats with close contact. For that reason, she needs to be adopted as an only cat, or into a home where other cats can be completely separated. Here is some information on Feline Leukemia: https://resources.bestfriends.org/article/feline-leukemia-felv-faqs

Pink n’ Patch is fully vetted: spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and flea-free. She tested negative for FIV.
