My story

Stella (around 3 yrs old as of 7/30/22) was pulled from a feral colony because she is such a sweetheart! She was pulled with a male cat called Brady (also around 3 yrs old); they are bonded and must be adopted together. They say opposites attract and that is so true in this case! Brady is outgoing and social and Stella is shy and reserved (but friendly and affectionate once she gets to know you). Please note that Brady has FIV and Stella does not. Cats with FIV rarely show any symptoms of the disease and usually live long, happy lives.

Stella is very shy and nervous at first, but she will warm up as she gets to know you. She is doing very well in her temporary foster home.  She loves to be petted as well and seems to come out of her shell when it happens. Stella is a petite little miss and loves her best bud Brady. They will snuggle together, play fight, and groom each other. So adorable!

More about this rescue

Mission Statement: The Cat Network is an all-volunteer, not-for-profit, 501(c) (3), no-kill and life-enhancing cat rescue group. Since 1991, we have rescued and placed thousands of abandoned, abused, stray and shelter cats and kittens in St. Louis, Missouri and surrounding areas. After their rescue, the cats and kittens are provided medical care, tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, micro-chipped and spayed or neutered. Cats and kittens are kept in foster care and then placed in loving permanent homes whenever possible.
