Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This sweet little mama came to us with several other dogs, including 2 of her puppies. Her name is Blackie and she is a female toy/mini Aussie.
Blackie is about 4 years old and weighs 25 lbs. She is a sweet little girl that prefers to simply be by her person’s side. She would do best in a more quiet, laid back environment.
She does love being outdoors, as this was where she spent most of her prior life. She has discovered a HUGE fondness for squeaky balls. Oh, the fun she has! She may not initiate jumping into your lap, but if she happens to end up there, she remains there quite content.
She is crate trained and house trained, but does need to stay on a regular schedule for pottying. She’s still mastering the leash walking, but does love to run around in a fully fenced yard.
Blackie does ok with other dogs, but would love to have a human or two of her own. She is actually more fond of men than women. She does ok with cats. Children are a bit much for her so it’s best if they are older than 12 years of age.
Blackie is spayed, up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped and ready to find her forever home. She is taking monthly preventatives for fleas/ticks and heartworms.
She is fostered in St. Louis, Missouri.
