Posted on 10/14/21, and the pictures were taken on 10/13/21. TEYLA MUST BE ADOPTED WITH HER DAUGHTER TINSLEY SINCE THEY ARE BONDED.
Teyla and Tinsley were found on the side of CR 346 in Whitehouse, TX on 7/20/21. Teyla had a broken leg. I picked them up from the person that found them on 7/21/21, took Teyla to the Gresham Veterinary Hospital, and surgery was done on 7/22/21. She had a broken right femur, right hip fractured, and her pelvis was broke, but not displaced. We raised the donations needed for her surgery. She has wires and a plate on her right femur. On 10/6/21, her x-ray showed that the bones were starting to calcify. She was cleared by the veterinarian on 11/3/21 to be available for adoption. They both have high energy, so they will need a large secure fenced yard to work off that energy every day. They are very sweet, both have sky blue eyes, and play well with other dogs.
Teyla was spayed on 10/8/21 weighing 30.3 pounds, and tested positive for heartworms. She is on Ivermectin for slow kill. We estimate that she was born around July 2019.
$100 adoption fee, since we had to take her in to a full service vet to make sure she was handled carefully for her spay.
