Meet Stella, aka Hot Lips Hannigan! This pretty girl is a fun-loving, super sweet and spunky kitten! She was born in August 2021. She loves to be loved, but she also loves to play! When she's not snuggled up with one of her foster siblings, she's running around playing with everything from boxes and brooms to her surrogate English mastiff and pit bull moms! She loves big dogs, and she also gets along great with other cats and kids, so she’d be a purrfect addition to any active home!
Please see our rescue information for our adoption fees or email us at billythekiddenrescue@gmail.com.

We have an adoption application to learn a bit about the home our cats will be going to and the family's motivation for adoption and expectations about pet ownership. We also have an adoption contract, which includes a no declawing and indoor-only clause along with a vet promissory note that ensures you will continue with the medical care and spay/neuter if needed.
We DO NOT do any out of state adoptions except on the NC border on a case-by-case basis.
Our adoption fee for unfixed kittens is currently $120 and includes their FRCVP series, worming, mite, parasite, and flea treatment. Our new adopters will be responsible for obtaining their rabies and spay/neuter if not already done. We can provide resources for low cost clinics that offer these services.
Career/barn cats have an adoption fee of $25.
Spayed/neutered cats over 6 months are fully vetted (including rabies) with an adoption fee of $140. Bonded pairs are $200.
Sometimes we require rental checks or home inspections. We always have a Meet n Greet to make sure everyone gets along. We encourage bringing the whole family!

More about this rescue
Our mission is to improve the lives of displaced cats and reduce feral cat population in Hampton Roads by socializing outdoor-born and feral kittens for adoption into loving forever homes. We are a VDACS registered 501c3 nonprofit, founded in 2014 with over 60 foster homes.
Our heart is in TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return of ferals), where cats are fixed, vaccinated, ear tipped, and allowed to live out their lives without reproducing. We are advocates for advancing legal and social acceptance of TNR in Hampton Roads. Our unique feral kitten socialization program has a 90% success rate in socializing feral-born kittens to become loving, in-home pets.
We are always seeking fosters, volunteers, transporters, and trappers to join our team!
We also appreciate donations! Find our most needed items
