Willie Nelson was found by a good Samaritan while “playing on the road again!” He is a young adult cat that would make a great companion or playmate for another cat! Willie Nelson is a handsome ginger boy! He is very social with other cats so Willie MUST go to a home with another cat companion as that is what is in his best interest! A home with a confident cat companion would be best. He loves to play and nap with other cats and is very vocal! (By vocal, we mean he meows a lot!)
Willie Nelson is good with other cats and kittens as well as dogs, but he is shy and can be very skittish/socially awkward with people and will need to go to a home where someone will be patient and willing to work with him! An experienced adopter would be best for him. He was adopted out once before and was returned due to having accidents in the home. (Other than the accidents, things appeared to actually be going pretty well.) It may also be important to note that Willie once had an incident where he bit and broke skin when he was being put into a carrier to go to the vet. We believe that he bit because he was scared and he may or may not bite again in the future. This was NOT typical behavior for him. He did NOT bite in the home that he was previously adopted out to. We want Willie to go to a home that will be COMMITTED and keep him regardless of if he does this again and/or remains skittish in personality. Willie Nelson will have been neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, flea treated, FIV/FeLV tested negative, and microchipped at his time of adoption! Interested adopters can submit an application by contacting HobosHome2020@yahoo.com and we will send you the necessary form!
