Meet Itsy who was born into rescue on July 27th. Her mom, who is an 8lb Chihuahua mix, was found wandering the country roads with 2 other dogs. Itsy enjoys playing with dogs, cats and his toy's. Itsy loves people and has the most adorable little howl which he enjoys showing off. Itsy enjoys playing in the grass and leaves.
