Come get your burnin' hunka chunka love here with this 19 lbs whopper! Bruce is a BIG chonk who is diabetic and could really use his own person to monitor his food intake to help him lose weight. He requires insulin injections twice a day and regular check ups with a vet to monitor his glucose.

Bruce was born on April 7, 2013 and lives the life of a pampered indoor house cat. When he was young, he suffered an urinary blockage and had surgery to save his life. During his recovery, the heating pad he was on malfunctioned and it caused a severe burn on his back. As a result, he has permanent scarring and a bald patch that looks like almost like an X.

Bruce is a goofy guy who likes to lounge on a bed or couch. He loves being part of a pet family, wanting to be friends with the other pets. He tries to rub his head on the kitties in his foster home but he is so big, he knocks them over!

Bruce is easily startled but recovers quickly. He wants to be pet and paid attention to but doesn't quite know how to ask for it. He should go to a quiet home with experienced cat parents who understand this type of temperament.

He loves to mug for the camera and likes soft kisses on his big melon head. He is sweet and goofy and would be a great addition to a quiet family with other pets.
