Alex is the most mellow in the house and prefers to avoid loud noises and drama. She respects older dogs and ignores cats. She has a playful side but doesn't like the high energy of young kids or hyper puppies. She would love to have another calm respectable dog in the home. She'd do best with a human that wants her to be their sidekick in everything they do. She's excellent on leash and loves adventures. She will sit right by your side in public and appreciate the sights and sounds. She has sensitive skin and would need fish oil additives and soothing baths more often than other dogs but it is very manageable as you can see by her incredible good looks. Shes uneasy around strangers for a few minutes but warms up quickly as long as she trusts her human. She is a very loyal and smart dog who hopes to find a life of structure and security! She brings her monkey toy everywhere she goes ❤️ She is seriously one of the most well behaved dogs I've had the pleasure of hosting. Her only naughty behaviors are: eating my to do list off the tables and digging up plants in the home and yard if they smell extra dirty. She is the perfect companion for going out as long as it is not a loud busy place.

Alex was part of a litter of 7 that resulted from backyard (well... Garage) breeding in San antonio. Partners found them being sold on Facebook for $200 for the set. 5 of her siblings were adopted quickly at the start of covid but she was one of two left behind.
