My story

Meet Hot Dog! He’s very dramatic.

He was found in a parking lot limping and jumped into our transporters car.

Hot dog went to the vet and was walking around perfectly fine, jumping up on the counters and being a ham. His diagnosis was: he’s dramatic.

He is sooooo sweet. He loves to be loved on.

He’s not a fan of being held and isn’t really a lap cat but he’ll lay next to you and come up to you for attention.

He’s got such a loud Purrbox the vet could barely get a heart rate on him!

He had his vaccines updated and he tested negatibe for felv and fiv. He was already neutered, so now all this big guy needs is a forever family inside. He’s 12.6lbs and all love!

More about this rescue

We are a small cat based rescue in chiefland, FL however we take in urgent dogs as well when needed. When I moved back to Florida from Michigan last year I was quickly reminded of how different it is here. The strays running wild everywhere, people abandoning their animals, adopting out sick cats, not helping the hurt ones. It breaks my heart. I have the finances to help now, so I'm doing everything I can to give these cats the life they deserved the first time around.
