If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
We adopted Boswell from the local animal shelter. He’s been with us 4 years. He is an adorable lazy fluffy sweetheart.
He had been labeled a Labrador Retriever. What?!? I did the DNA test and it says Boz is a Chihuahua/Beagle w/some Brussels Griffon and other breeds thrown in.
Whatever he is labeled, Boz/Bozzy/ is a sweet dog. He loves our 2 cats and our mini pin and small terrier mix, Bandit. (Also, available for adoption.)
He loves a backyard in which to roam. A fence is a must as he is friendly and wants to meet everyone down the street.
Leash walking is doable but he prefers his yard rambling.
He sleeps on our bed or on his bed in our room every night, loves to nap w/me, eat on time and watch BritBox and true crime shows.
