My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Neville was shy at first. Not boisterous like his brothers. He is not afraid of the dogs that race through the laundry room to go outside. The two rat terriers try to kiss him and the one big dog that looks like a wolf steals his toys but he stays cool. He does not hiss back at the spoiled cat on the other side of the laundry room door that hisses and growls at him or the other spoiled cat that has stopped hissing at him. He does not talk or cry for attention as his siblings do, but will look intently at you and ask for and give affection. He is the only sibling that has not rushed the screen door or climbed the laundry shelves. Mellow and happy, he digs the furry worm things with a bell when danced on a kitty fishing pole.

Born 6/13/2019

A sweet elderly woman trapped Neville and his four brothers with their feral mother behind her home in the country when they were about 3 months old. They were not completely feral and they listened when she spoke so sweetly to them in their big cage with the fluffy blankets. They made her laugh. When her husband got cancer, she was no longer able to care for the kittens and they were taken in by a foster.

More about this rescue

Meowtown Animal Rescue of Fort Worth rescues cats and kittens from local Fort Worth neighborhoods. We foster all of our animals in our homes, we do not have a physical location. All of our cats/kittens are fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, socialized and loved in their foster homes and then adopted out to their furever homes.
