Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rex, Male, BeagleX, 2 years old, 43 lbs.
Rex is an energetic young one who wants to be friends with everyone. Until recently, Rex has always had a furry companion, both canine and feline. A playful female dog who is a bit older would be an ideal buddy for Rex.
Children are another of Rex’s favourite things. He’s gentle and affectionate, but very young children would be at risk of being bowled over.
Rex knows basic commands and even a few tricks. He also knows how to walk well on lead, but will take advantage if he thinks he can get away with it.
Speaking of favourite things, Rex absolutely loves carrots. They are the best treat ever according to him. He does have food allergies, but a lamb kibble and no wheat treats have been all that’s needed to keep him symptom free.
Like most Beagle mixes, his nose rules, so a fenced yard is essential for Rex to burn energy and stick around. An active family will enjoy taking Rex on hikes and other outings.
If you’re looking for a fun loving family dog, Rex may be the perfect pup for you.
The adoption fee for Rex is $500.00. He has been neutered, microchipped, and his vaccinations are up to date.
