Oliverio was born in March of 2021 and weighs about 13 pounds. He is an adventurous fellow who loves to climb to the top of his cat tower and survey his world. His curiosity takes him all over the house to explore his environment and play with his toys and his cat companions. He is a leader among cats. With people, he is comfortable telling you what he wants and will chatter sweetly when he wants your attention. He is very social and likes human companionship. He loves being held and getting belly rubs. He likes other cats and plays well with his buddies. Oliver is eager to find his forever home where he can be the king of his castle. He'd be happy to take his brother, Simbabwa, with him to have a built-in playmate. That way you could double the fun in your life.

Located in the Mission area, Cinderella Pet Rescue, as an all-volunteer organization, schedules appointments for people to meet the animals at the shelter or in a foster home. Additionally pets are taken twice monthly to pet store for adoption events. Dates and locations are posted on our website and Facebook page.

More about this rescue

Formed in 2008, Cinderella Pet Rescue was established to rescue animals from abuse, neglect and abandonment and to help prepare the for adoption. Additionally CPR promotes spay/neuter to reduce the serious homeless pet crisis in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas. An all volunteer organization, there are normally between 55 and 65 dogs at our no-kill shelter as well as a couple dozen cats. Even more pets are placed in foster homes in preparation for adoption. Not funded by anyone, Cinderella Pet Rescue counts on donations and fundraisers to support the needs of the animals in care, from food to veterinary treatment. More volunteers and foster homes are always needed.
