My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Goldie and Rod are a BONDED PAIR*

*UNDERSOCIALZED - WILL REQUIRE SPECIAL ADOPTER*

Goldie and her bro bro, Rod, were rescued from a Southfield yard as part of a litter, in the summer of 2021. Goldie and Rod have been been in a loving foster home learning how to trust humans. Their foster mom has done a wonderful job of helping them feel safe and loved. They love to snuggle up on the bed with their foster mom at night and lounge on the couch with her during the day. Goldie and Rod also love to watch tv - especially bird tv!

With the consistent love and patience of their foster mama, they have blossomed into increasingly confident and social kitties. They LOVE LOVE LOVE sitting by the open window, feeling the breeze on their whiskers. Rod loves to chirp and chatter. Goldie enjoys stealing Q-tips from her foster mama's stash; she plucks one out, throws it around and comes back to pluck more. Goldie also enjoys batting a ball back and forth with her foster mama on her favorite ball tower toy.  Goldie and Rod both go cuckoo for the squeeze treats and that has been one of the best ways to engage and build trust and adoration with them. They are searching for their FUREVER happy ending together and will be a great pair for a hooman that can provide devotion and patience for a couple of kitties that got a challenging start.

Please apply to meet them today!

Adoption fee: $250 for the pair.
