My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zoe is a sweet girl. She can be shy at first and takes some time to warm up to new people and places but she is very loving once she does. Of course, she has the traditional calico attitude and the attention and affection she gives is always on her terms, but, hey that’s why we love calicos, right? She is very independent and gets along well with cat friendly dogs (big and small) and other cats. She has a strange spot on her nose that none of our vets can figure out – it doesn’t cause her pain or impact her quality of life, but we suspect it’s from a past injury and may or may not heal completely one day. We just think it gives her more character. She still enjoys playing with toys and will eat treats from your hand. She is a great girl looking for her forever home and is hoping that she can become a part of yours!

Additional adoption info

We understand the One Love application process may seem tedious, but, most One Love animals have been rescued from traumatic situations or have faced severe health issues. All of them have needed much love and attention from the One Love team to get them where they are today, ready for adoption! They have all been cared for in our foster homes where our team of volunteers works one on one with each animal to ensure they become happy, healthy and comfortable. We care very much for each and every animal that comes through our doors and we do everything we can to make sure they find homes that are the best possible match for their unique personalities.
