Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Daisy (Delilah at her new home), through no fault of her own, has been surrendered back to the rescue. Her parents are in the military, and both have been stationed in different areas and there was no way for them to keep her. This is heartbreaking for them but the best thing we can do is find an amazing home for her, like the one she is coming from.
💔 Daisy is 8 years old and because she is a mill dog is still a little skittish, but she LOVES to cuddle on the couch and is so easy you hardly know she is around.
Daisy is a pure-bred Toy Aussie (think large chihuahua sized), very sweet and loving but a speedy little runner. A fenced-in yard would be preferred. She has warmed up to being in the same room as cats but they scare her initially. Daisy would do well in a quieter home. Small children are going to overwhelm her, so we'd prefer a home with older children, if any.
