Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Quinn is a mellow, easy going, chill and wonderful Formosan Mountain Dog. He was born in Taiwan and came to the U.S when he was a young puppy and grew up here in California. He is about 4 or 5 years old. His human recently had a stroke and he found himself homeless through no fault of his own. We are looking for a new person/family to love him and and take him home.
Quinn is a low-key, quiet guy. He loves to hang out near you and chill. He lives with two kids in his foster home and he really likes them. He also gets along great with the family's resident dog, too. They play and have a lot of fun together.

Quinn has been through a lot since October when he lost his special human and he needs a little time to get to know you before he is comfortable with pets and hugs. Giving him time (hours, not days) to come to you results in him coming over to check you out pretty quickly. (Yummy treats can speed the process. I do love a good treat!)
Quinn is a good, good boy. He is house trained, not anxious or destructive, neutered, and up to date on all his shots. He is an easy keeper and shorter walks and sniffaris make him happy. He walks nicely on leash without pulling and is not reactive to dogs on leash. We don't think Quinn would really enjoy dog parks with lots of dogs very much, because he is not interested in meeting most dogs. He is a guy who prefers hanging out and playing with one or two dog friends he knows rather than a whole gang of new dogs.
