**Sparrow is located in the St. Charles, IL area**
Sparrow was rescued by a police officer in Southern Illinois. She was covered in bird repellant. And, since she was rescued with fellow kitten Birdy, it seems that a bird name was in order...
Sparrow is the quieter, less bold kitty of the two buddies. She loves to play and fight with her foster sister, but she is not as brave or loud as Birdy. She can be a bit skittish with people at first, but don't let it fool you. A few scratches on her rump and she is purring like crazy.
Sparrow may be quiet, but she is quite the athlete. She loves LOVES playing fetch and will bring you the toy many times. She hasn't quite managed to figure out how to catch the toy yet, but maybe soon. She is also interested in physical fitness, as she loves helping her foster mom exercise -- i.e., weaving between her legs, asking to be picked up, and generally being the cutest gym buddy ever.
Her other hobbies include helping her foster sister beg for food, but she is less obnoxious about it. When they are not looking for food, they can be found playing or napping together. Wherever they are, they are always together. Sparrow and Birdy are not littermates but are very bonded and we prefer they get adopted together.
Sparrow shares a house with a large breed dog and other cats.
