You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.This beautiful girl is Stella! (her original name was Cher but we think Stella was a better fit!) Stella came with her brother Barron from Texas. We believe they are young Moyen Poodles - this is smaller than a Standard but bigger than a Miniature Poodle. Moyen poodles are becoming very popular among doodle breeders to keep the size of the puppies down (hence mini doodles). We are glad they are out of that scene for good now! The poodles are young, probably around 1 year or so (paperwork says 3 but they are clearly younger), and around 45 pounds.
Both the poodles are great dogs and will make wonderful pets for a family. They enjoy being outside so jogging, hiking and other outdoor activities are ok with them! They also cuddle bugs - they love to be loved and want to be little lap dogs too. These happy pups are doing well on their housetraining but will need additional time and training when they get into their new homes. They are crate trained and leash trained. Due to their energy and love of the outdoors, fenced yards are preferred but not required. Both of the dogs were shaved down prior to arriving in our rescue due to severe matting. Regular grooming for these dogs will be required throughout their lives so please take this into consideration.
Stella is a goofy pup - still figuring out her legs and paws! She is a bit clumsy and awkward still but is so much fun to watch! This girl is HIGH energy! She loves to play and loves all toys, balls, chewies - anything and everything is a toy! Stella is very good with kids of all ages, dogs of all sizes, and even cats! If you want to smile all day long, Stella is the dog for you!
Stella is spayed, up to date with vaccines, microchipped, flea/worm treated and tested neg. for heartworm. Her adoption fee is $500
