Goku is a twenty-two year old male quaker parrot. He is tame, but it will take some time for him to get used to a new owner. He prefers men over women. He has minor medical needs. He will need to be adopted to someone that can handle is medical needs. The adoption fee for him is $50

Our birds are not available for breeding and we do not ship birds, so you must travel to our south Kansas City area facility. Potential adopters must email us at BurgeBirdRescue@yahoo.com or call 816-356-4700 for an appointment, fill out an adoption application, and pass a screening interview to ensure that our birds are going to a safe home. There is usually a 48 hour waiting period after your interview before you are allowed to adopt because we want people to take time and think thru their decision. All birds come with a 30 day health guarantee and return policy, and have been examined and tested by our avian veterinarian.
