Their adoption process

Adoption application
Vet records required
Dogs are transported from TX to adopters

We look for responsible and mindful dog owners willing to commit in the long term and capable of providing affection, appropriate medical care and loyalty until the end for the new family member. All our rescue dogs are in foster homes, we do not have a shelter so we tell you upfront how the dog behaves and if we think will fit in your life style.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
Request additional info, pics, video and adoption application at alr.one.2007@gmail.com
  2. Interview
If there is a match you will get a phone call for an interview. Please understand that we always prefer mature and experienced dog owners
  3. Home Check
If we are able to get the help of a volunteer or former adopter to do a home check we will let you know. We may ask for additional info.
  4. Approve Application
We will approve (Or decline) application
  5. Pay Fee
You will pay the adoption fee (including transport from TX) via Paypal.
  6. Take the Pet Home
We will send you instructions on where and when to pick up your furever companion. Then you will meet the truck and take your baby home.

More about this rescue

AL-ONE Dog Rescue is dedicated to the rescue, foster and placement of dogs and cats surviving on the streets of impoverished neighborhoods of the Houston area or living in poor conditions due to neglect and abuse of irresponsible and careless people.

AL-ONE Dog Rescue is a non-profit organization comprised of volunteers who foster animals in their homes as an alternative to taking the animal to a shelter.

AL-ONE is supported entirely by its dedicated volunteers and spontaneous donations. When an individual rescues a dog or cat, the rescuer may agree to care for the animal’s essential needs—food, cleanliness and shelter. Loving Arms will provide the veterinary care needed to get the animal healthy enough for adoption. All animals are spayed or neutered prior to being placed up for adoption. Dogs and cats available for adoption are promoted through AL-ONE'S website. Thanks for visiting our website.
