My story

George is one of 5 dogs surrendered by theowner to the local shelter. One of the 5 was a RR dog, so we took in the other 4. George needs a foster or adopter to help him know love and learn to have fun.

More about this rescue

Russell Rescue is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) dog rescue organization. It was started in 2008 by Mary Ruth Rogers of Columbia, TN. Our mission is to save and re-home unloved, abandoned and abused dogs, especially the Jack Russell terrier. Most of our dogs come from high kill shelters in Tennessee, and other nearby states.
