Fily is a wonderful little boy we think could be a shih Tzu mix? He is Approx 10 lbs and 5-7 years older ? We are not sure as he was initially a stray and wasn’t claimed . He has some scarring on his eye which he has been seeing the specialist for . She believes with the ointment and a few months it should lclear up
He gets along great with other dogs and people
