The very first step is filling out the application. It can be printed from our website www.nyshar.org/applications and emailed back to us once complete (preferably a scan so we can read it & print it out easily, but clear photographs are ok too).
We can not arrange a meet & greet until you have an APPROVED application in with us since we are a foster based rescue and do not have a facility.
