This beautiful girl is named Purrna. She came to our rescue approximately six months ago, she was surrendered by her previous owners because they had young children and couldn’t handle her medical needs.
Purrna is a very sweet, goofy, cuddly, and silky young lady, who isn’t afraid to use her voice to tell you when she wants something. She gets along great with all the other cats and is friendly with kids, new people, and dogs (within reason, of course).
Medical wise: she has an intestinal obstruction that is non surgical, as a result she is on lactulose, a stool softener, twice a day. She is the easiest of all the cats to give meds. We think she actually likes the taste. She has been given clearance by the vet as stable and ready for her forever home.
Don’t think this condition slows her down, though! She runs and plays all around the house with the young cats and cuddles with the people and older cats. She is loved by everyone who meets her.
She is house trained, uses the litter box like everyone else in the house, she has not had any accidents.
Purrna is honestly one of the best fosters we have and it will be sad to see her go, but we look forward to finding her the best forever home possible. Purrna needs a home with other cats and people to cuddle with.
