Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This senior sweetie Sunny is about 9/10 years old & needs a quiet retirement home!
We pulled Sunny from a local shelter in January after he was found as a stray & was never claimed.
He has some pain in his back end + an arched back which X-rays showed was arthritis & spondylosis. We are managing this with good supplements + medication for the pain.
His blood work was all normal aside from slightly elevated liver. He’s definitely deaf + has cloudy sight but for an older dog he's really doing pretty well.
Sunny is currently being fostered with another small, older dog + 2 very respectful little girls, he’s doing great.
He will require a single level home or one with few stairs, he can’t manage them well.
His foster family loves him & says he is becoming more & more affectionate each day.
Fully fenced yard, no exceptions.
His neuter is scheduled for the end of February & a dental cleaning at the end of March (both at our preferred vets & you would need to drop off/pick up if adopting).
He’s a bigger Pom at about 16 lbs & is quite aloof, although pretty curious. We love this cute old man!
