Their adoption process

We are strong believers that every animal deserves a good home, but we also believe that not every animal is right for every home.
We take the time to learn about an animal's behavior and match it with the lifestyle of potential adopters. Adopters must fill out our adoption application, provide verifiable vet references, and agree to a screening and an at-home visit.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    1. We will email an application.
  2. Approve Application
    1. We take this time to verify address, call references, etc.
  3. Interview
    1. We will only contact potential adopters if they have passed our initial screen check.
  4. Meet the Pet
    1. We will make arrangements for potential adopter to meet the pet.
  5. Home Check
    1. We will bring the pet to your home to observe interactions and any issues.
  6. Sign Adoption Contract
  7. Pay Fee
    1. Steps 5, 6, and 7 are done in the potential Adopter's home.
      If adoption is approved and finalized, pet will remain with the Adopter.
