Talk about stunning! Winnie is a gorgeous little gal who is full of tail wags and kisses! She is only 37lbs and is cute as can be. She went from living on a chain with no shelter and being used to make the "owner" money by producing puppies to a second chance at a much better life in rescue! She has been vetted and is ready for a family of her very own!
