My story

DOB: 10/1/21

Pepper is a brave, playful, social little dude, who was rescued along with his sibling, Gravy, in the streets of Los Angeles! He got his name because he was so spicy when we first brought him in, but now his name can’t be further from the truth! Pepper loves being cuddled and doted on, and demands ear scratches and kisses every second! With his big beautiful eyes and small bird like chirps, he’s a total love bug.   Pepper loves to explore, play with his favorite mouse toy, and run around his friends. He’s the first to venture into any unknown spaces, and bring any comfort to his more timid siblings by showing that it’s not so scary out there! We would love for Pepper to be adopted with his sibling, or into a home that has other feline friends for him to play with!

If the above links aren't live, our contact form and questionnaire are available on our website at www.kittenrescue.org.

More about this rescue

Kitten Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization devoted to finding loving homes for unwanted, homeless cats and kittens. We rescue cats and kittens from the streets of Los Angeles and from City Shelter euthanasia. Since our start in 1997, we have grown into one of the largest, most well-respected animal welfare groups in LA.

Kitten Rescue volunteers adopt out over 1,000 cats and kittens into homes every year. We educate the public about responsible pet guardianship, how to care for kittens and cats, and the importance of spaying and neutering. Kitten Rescue makes educational material available via events, print, school presentations and here on our website. We also provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) assistance for communities in and around Los Angeles, and teach people how to manage and care for feral cat colonies.
