Poppy is a sweet boy. He can be a bit shy at first (he isn't the biggest fan of change, but who can blame him for that?). However once he warms up (give him a few days), he turns into the best cat you could ever hope for. He is sweet, yet playful. Cuddly, yet independent. He has gotten along with other cats with a slow introduction, but he also wouldn't mind the single cat life.
He is estimated to be 2 years and 3 months old (as of 3/2023) (Estimated birthdate is 11/23/2020) and is: -Neutered -Microchipped -Vaccinated (up to date for their age) -Dewormed -Come with a lifetime supply of love

Our mission is to care for and protect unwanted, lost and/or abused animals, to promote animal welfare within the community, and to promote the human-animal bond. We strive to create the maximum positive effect that we can.
We are SOUL - Shelter for Outcasts, Unusuals, and the Lost An Animal Rescue. 🐾
We focus on taking in animals that don’t do well in shelter environments, such as neonates (bottle baby kittens), complex medical cases, and animals with behavioral needs. We pair these animals with veterinary students who are able to give them special and individualized attention in foster homes to offer the animals a second chance to thrive.
