Stella (DOB 9/01/2019) is a sweet, petite tiger cat that came to our shelter in the fall with several of her siblings. All were found and taken in by a family who needed placement as they couldn`t keep the large family. Stella prefers the company of people and can be a bully with other cats. She does fine in our adult units but spends most of her time trying to get the people`s attention. You MUST first call or email to set up an appointment so that we can dedicate time to finding you the right fit!

We will then call vet reference and personal refs listed.

Take the Pet Home
After we call your references, if you are a good match for the pet you are applying for, we will set up an adoption day.

Animals are shown by appointment only at our shelter, which can be arranged by contacting Vicki Hess directly at vicki@nokillarc.org.
Animal adoption fees vary depending on the animal. Understand that ALL animals from Animal Resource Center are spayed / neutered, up to date on vaccinations, have had blood / parasite screening and will be microchipped upon adoption.
If interested in adopting an animal from Animal Resource Center after scheduling an appointment to meet them, you must fill out an application and provide a vet reference as well as two personal references.
If your application is approved, we will conduct a home visit with the animal to ensure that your home and family members are a good fit for them and you!
If you cannot keep your pet adopted from Animal Resource Center, you MUST return the pet to us.
