My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Mork, a charming 3 year old Retriever mix with captivating blue eyes and a heart full of resilience. Mork and his sister, Mindy, endured a rough start to life, having been found as feral puppies at just 9 weeks old. Despite their initial hardships, the compassionate souls at the shelter provided them with a safe haven, offering regular nourishment and comfort.

During their time at the shelter, Mork's health gradually improved, and he, along with his sister, was placed in a loving foster home where they could frolic freely and learn the joys of trust and companionship. While Mork remains on the timid side, each passing week sees him growing braver and more confident, especially with the people he's grown to trust.

However, Mork is still cautious around unfamiliar things and will require a patient and understanding family to help him acclimate to his new environment. Although he hopes to be adopted alongside his sister, he understands that may not be possible and eagerly anticipates the company of a furry sibling to guide him and share in his playful energy.

A spacious yard where he can romp and explore would be a dream come true for Mork, allowing him the freedom to stretch his legs and revel in the joys of puppyhood. While he adores the company of older kids, Mork finds younger ones a tad intimidating, so a home with older children would be ideal.

Despite his initial reservations, Mork's foster mom attests to his sweetness, intelligence, and undeniable handsomeness. With the love and patience of a forever family, Mork is destined to blossom into the perfect furry companion, bringing boundless joy and unwavering loyalty to the lucky household that opens their hearts to him. Could you be the one to offer Mork the love and stability he so deserves?

More about this rescue

We provide animal related services to our local communities. We are currently partnered with multipule cities to provide Animal Control and/or sheltering within their City limits. As part of our daily outreach we pick up stray animals and try to get them back to their owners. In any case where the owner cannot be located and the dog is adoptable we reach out to both the internet community and our local communities to find loving homes.
