My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beautiful PHINEAS and FERB are a wonderful pair of young brothers. Fashionable FERB is a black and white tuxedo with an adorable face. He's a little shy at first, but once he warms up, he will roll over for belly rubs and he'll push his sweet face into your hands for head rubs. PHINEAS is a stunning, sleek black panther who will quickly let you know what a party boy he really is! He loves to follow his foster mom around the house, squeaking for attention and treats!  These boys love to catch stringy toys, climb on the cat tree, and romp around the house with each other—then when they’re worn out, they cuddle up together at nap time.  They have been living in a loving foster home with other cats and friendly dogs.  These sweet boys have fun personalities, and would prefer a calm home where they can relax and enjoy their forever people.

PHINEAS and FERB have been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, are negative for FeLV and FIV, and include a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet Phineas and Ferb in foster care, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at Petsmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 days for a possible meet and greet. The $260 adoption fee for the pair allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

All potential adopters are required to complete our application and contract. Our contract stipulates the requirements for care of our pets. These documents are available through e-mail or at our adoption events. The documents are reviewed by our staff and together with a face to face interview we explore the potential new home. If all parties agree to the specifics of the contract the dog or cat can go home. Adoption fee varies with age of pet.
All pets are current on vaccinations, health checked by our veterinarian, De-wormed, treated with flea medication, spayed or neutered, and cats are felv/fiv tested.

More about this rescue

Our mission is to provide care and find loving homes for cats and kittens of our community, with a focus on those with special needs. Currently we only work with Cats. We offer temporary housing in foster homes until they can be placed through our adoption process. We have adoption centers within both Petsmarts in Eugene, at Chad Drive, near Costco, and 29th and Willamette; PetCo by Valley River Center and Wags Dog Emporium on Coburg Rd. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network works with humane societies, other animal rescue groups, the public and government animal services agencies to offer them relief from their overpopulation problem. All cats in our custody receive the medical care they need. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network is a non-profit organization. All money raised is used to help Cat Rescue & Adoption Network save as many animal lives as possible.
