Our special girl Ruth arrived to the shelter in February 2022 through our TNR program. This sweet 3 yr old, 7 pound girl hasn't been able to find a forever family through private adoption or rescue placement; and just waits while she watches all her other feline friends get adopted. Can you imagine? How sad she must be? Month after month all her feline friends leave to their forever families or a cat rescue and for some reason - no one wants her?? Poor Ruth!! We tell her, a special family will be here soon!
Are you here forever family?
Ruth is scared in the shelter! She takes time to warm up but once she does trust you, it is forever. She is very treat motivated & loves playtime with her special friends. She needs slow introductions to new experiences and new people and even though she does like to be pet, you need to move slowly with her. Ruth thrives around other cats and would be happiest in a home with teens at least 15 years old. Please open your heart and home for Sweet Ruth!!
