My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Sweet Belle girl needs a furever home!  She is a gorgeous, green-eyed brown and black tabby. She is a quiet, gentle and sweet cat who loves to make 'biscuits'. She is very shy at first and does not hesitate to tell you what she prefers or if she is uneasy, but her wonderful foster mom has helped her open up more and more. Once Belle learns to trust a new person, she loves chin scratches, gentle body scratches and head kisses. Belle is not too shy to ask for pets when she is in the mood and loves to rub herself against feet!  She would prefer a quieter home that can understand all her needs.

Belle would do best meeting people at her foster mom's home.  If you are interested in a meet and greet with Belle, please e-mail Carleen at carleen.knapp@gmail.com or you can call Carleen at 305-484-3116.  Belle is currently located in west Boynton Beach, and looking forward to meeting her potential suitors!  She is not in A.R.F.'s care, so pls. contact Carleen directly, and do not call/e-mail A.R.F. about Belle.  We are just trying to help Belle get to her new terrific home!

Additional adoption info

A potential adopter fills out an adoption application in person or online. The application is reviewed by an Adoption Counselor. Then that applicant is interviewed and, if the candidate and the pet are a good match, the paperwork is completed to finalize the adoption.

Many of our animals are in foster homes, but we do have some cats and dogs at our Adoption Center in West Palm Beach. We also have adoptable cats on site at several PetSupermarket locations throughout Palm Beach County, as well as at the Delray Beach PetSmart. We have adoption events on most weekends all over Palm Beach County. Please visit our website, www.animalrescueforce.org, and click on Events to see what events are coming up.
