My story

Meet Lucy!

From laying out in the sun to cuddling on the couch, I am as easy as can be to please! KIDS ARE MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE FREINDS! Playing dress up is my specialty! I am wokring hard on my manners and commands. I will do just about anything for a treat! I love to go for walks and my pace is right by your side! I don't mind relaxing by myself and won't even chew your favorite shoes!

Lucy was rescued from the cruel streets of Houston and she surprised her foster family with a growing belly! She had 7 healthy and chunky babies (who are all adopted now) and took great care of them. All her puppies found furever homes and now it's Lucy's turn.   Lucy is estimated to be around 4 years old, spayed and successfully completed fast kill heartworm treatment and now gets her advantage multi every month to keep away those pesky squitos!

She’s a mello gal that loves nothing more then to hang out with her person.  She enjoys chillin' and cuddling on the sofa, binge watching another Netflix series sounds like an awesome idea to our darling Lucy. She adores humans (especially kids) and gets along with other mellow dogs.Lucy needs a home with no cats or small dogs. Lucy would love a home with a mello canine buddy her size or she would be just as happy to be the only pup soaking up all the attention her humans will give. Lucy has been in foster care since April 2021 and is looking for her forever home. Please consider adopting this girl if you enjoy puppy hugs and kisses.
