Meet Kylo, he was surrendered today from the only family he has ever known. Kylo is a year and two months and has lived outside his whole life. His previous owners have had him since he was 3 months old. Being an outside dog has created fear in this poor pup. It is important to educate people on how treating their animals will hinder them in the future. Almost all of the dogs surrendered come into SPARC with behavioral issues that are created by their previous people. And unfortunately the animals are blamed and are no longer wanted. Thankfully SPARC is No Kill, No Excuses and Kylo will be safe here, but sadly that is not the case for a lot of other dogs. We will be updating all of our supporters on Kylo's story and progress. We will also continue to share the stories of the other animals who come into SPARC as surrenders.
